Q: How do I find products?
A: You can search using the search bar at the top of the page, browse by category, or use our advanced filters to narrow down results by price, rating, brand, and more.
Q: Can I filter products by price?
A: Yes! Use the price range filter in the sidebar to see only products within your budget. You can set both minimum and maximum prices.
Q: Where do I actually buy the products?
A: When you click "View on Seller" or similar button, you'll be taken directly to the retailer's website where you can complete your purchase. We don't process the purchase ourselves.
Wishlists & Alerts
Q: What is a wishlist?
A: A wishlist is a personal collection of products you like. You can add products by clicking the heart icon and access your wishlist anytime from your account.
Q: How do price alerts work?
A: Set a target price on any product and we'll email you when the price drops to that level or lower. You can manage all your price alerts from your dashboard.
Q: Can I set multiple price alerts?
A: Yes, you can set unlimited price alerts on different products. Each alert will notify you independently when your target price is reached.

Q: Can I write reviews?
A: Yes! After you create an account and make a purchase, you can leave reviews and ratings to help other shoppers make informed decisions.
Q: Are reviews verified?
A: We work to ensure review authenticity by verifying that reviewers have actually purchased the product they're reviewing.
